I know what it’s like to feel as if something is holding you back from reaching your true potential. To feel like you have so much more to contribute to the world. I spent years in a job that suppressed my creativity and because of it, I know what it’s like to long for more, to crave freedom and flexibility to share your skill in a way that ignites your soul. I developed my web design services to give the women like me, those that want to move without limits, a chance to bet on themselves and reach those wildest dreams.
When I finally had enough, I took a leap of faith and decided to start a web design studio of my own. Trusting my skills, my experience, and most importantly myself - Katie Adorable Co. was born. My business has led to so many amazing opportunities I wouldn’t have gotten had I stayed in corporate America. I’ve created a web design agency that I am obsessed with, and all the hard work required to build this business is filled with happiness. Not only does it allow me to share my art with the world, but I get to use my skills to help SO many others. How freaking cool is that?!

Before starting my business, I was in the design industry as a corporate 9-5er for damn near a decade. I actually studied and have a degree in Web Design and Development, and that degree took me to work for a digital marketing agency and then a large B2B SaaS company. I can’t lie, that last job was pretty cool. During my time there, I designed websites that directly contributed towards $1.06B (yes billion🤯) in revenue.
At first, I was stoked! But as I started taking on client work in the role, I soon realized it lacked the creative freedom I longed for. I got sick of constantly doing templated work where every project felt like copies of one another. I knew that I had more to contribute to the world than cookie-cutter designs, and I absolutely dreaded the thought of working for someone else and their dreams for 40+ years.
